Who We Are

Established in 2001, Hawkeye Transportation has been under current ownership/management and has called Spencer, IA home since 2007. Our professional staff includes:

Doug Rolfes
President/Owner Responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations, customer service/development, and financial management.

Heather Boblit
Office Manager Started with the Company in April of 2010 and is responsible for overall office management as well as all accounting functions and helping out with dispatch when needed.
Charlie Walters
Dispatch Manager, Brokerage Division Started with the Company in April of 2016 and is responsible for overall management and operations of the brokerage division.

Tracy Scharnberg
Dispatch/Driver Coordinator, Company Truck Division - Started with the Company in February of 2017 and is responsible for dispatch of Company trucks, coordinating drivers and DOT compliance.
Adam White
Dispatch Coordinator/Brokerage Started with the Company in August of 2017 and is responsible for carrier sales, customer service, and dispatch in brokerage division.

Amanda Lyon
Dispatch Coordinator/Brokerage Started with the Company in November of 2017 and is responsible for carrier sales, customer service, and dispatch in brokerage division.
Terri Rolfes
Office Support Started with the Company in July of 2015 and is responsible for payroll/human resources and assisting all Company staff with various tasks.
